We are looking for quality-oriented DevOps QA Engineers for our diverse customer projects

Your skills will have a great impact, as you will be helping customers in projects which are critical for their business. In this role, you will have a chance to create quality from the start and support various teams in developing their quality and testing mindset as well as implementing it in practice. The most important thing is to have a drive for including quality aspects in all stages of the development process in order to enable the success of our customers. What we expect from you

  • You have a strong grasp of test automation and you are proficient in using Robot Framework or similar
  • You can fluently program with Python, JavaScript or Java, for example
  • You have experience in DevOps, both at the level of culture and technology. You know your way around cloud environments and can use CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline or Ansible)
  • You are familiar with version control practices and the Git tool
  • You have your own set of best practices and views, and you can mentor an entire team on quality-related matters
  • You are used to communicating actively with various stakeholders and bringing up possible challenges and solutions
  • You are interested in diverse customer projects and enjoy working with different stakeholders
  • You are fluent in Finnish and English

Salary development

For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

In addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
