In addition, we hope that you have experience in scaling design work, growing design clients and selling design.
- You have versatile skills and have gained experience in various design work for several years. You will be able to apply your design skills in various challenges.
- You understand what value and benefits design brings. Even in challenging situations, you promote the generation of ideas and deviation from the usual. In addition, you are able to transform the empathic understanding created by design work into concrete thoughts.
- You have been involved in design sales work, which has allowed you to accumulate networks and experience in growing design work.
- Your work style is productive and goal- and solution-oriented. As a person, you are approachable and you work seamlessly with other consultants, clients and various stakeholders, creating a good atmosphere around you.
- You can communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.
- We value knowledge of the consulting business and various industry expertise (e.g. industry, finance, social security, public sector), but more important than years of work experience is your burning desire to constantly learn new things.
We haven’t completely finished the world yet, but we have defined and developed Finnish society and the way companies operate. In Gofore’s public sector projects, you can create nationally significant services and operating models, as well as define future needs. In private sector projects, you can help companies develop their activities, services and business with the help of digitalization.
