We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to work on diverse customer projects.
You will have the opportunity to influence whether you join, for example, development or renewal projects in healthcare, digital identity, early childhood education, or the transport sector. We offer genuinely meaningful projects that impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of Finns. Examples of our customers include Aimo Park, the Finnish Tax Administration, Kempower, and TE-Digi.
You will work in versatile projects alongside our experienced developers – within the team, you’ll also collaborate with, for example, software architects, cloud specialists, designers, and project managers. What we expect from you
We expect that you already have over five years of development experience with modern technologies relevant to us. You have accumulated experience with published applications, App Store/Google Play release pipelines (CI/CD), versioning, and maintenance.
You use AI assistants fluently to enhance your work. You take pride in writing code that is testable, secure, and maintainable. You are accustomed to working as part of an agile, self-organizing team and collaborating closely with a customer’s product owner. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders are also an essential part of this role.
A security clearance may be conducted for the selected candidate.

Salary development
At Gofore, it is important to us that work is compensated fairly. Salary is influenced not only by experience and skills but also by two of our values: actively contributing to making Gofore a great workplace for everyone, and taking the customer perspective into account in everything you do.
In discussions with your supervisor, key elements are the feedback you receive, your billable rate (we are consultants, after all!), and your own skills development.
The base monthly salary for this position is €4,000–€5,500. In addition, Gofore offers various bonuses tied to company success, for example related to recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s brand awareness.
