We are looking for .NET Developers to join our growing team of experts for various public and private sector projects. 

You can jump into a development project, for example, in healthcare, early childhood education, or the transportation industry. There are genuinely meaningful projects that affect the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.

What we expect from you

You have strong programming skills in the .NET environment and master modern .NET development such as C#, F# and ASP.NET Core. You are proud of the code you have created that is tested and working. You are used to working as part of an agile, self-directed team and in cooperation with the customer’s product owner. Customer orientation and communication with non-technical people are also an integral part of your job description. It is to your advantage if you have both a DevOps mentality and an interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). If you are interested in developing your skills also in the direction of frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular), we will gladly support you in this.

Our official language is English, but in many of our customer projects the working language is Finnish. Finnish language skills are not mandatory to us, but they help you find work in our varied customer projects. Therefore Finnish language skills are considered an advantage in our recruitment process.

Salary development

For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
