In this role, you will lead a team of skilled ethical hackers to simulate real-world attacks and identify vulnerabilities in our clients’ systems. Your expertise will help us strengthen our defenses and protect our clients from potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:

Mentor Red Team specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Design and execute Red Team operations.

Participate in service development and collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and tailor Red Team operations accordingly.

Analyze and report findings, providing actionable recommendations to improve security.

Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of tools used in Red Teaming, including frameworks such as DORA and TIBER-FI/EU, as well as technologies like Command and Control (C2) frameworks, custom attack tools, and automation scripts.

Who You Are:

A cybersecurity professional with a strong background in Red Team operations. A total of 5 years of experience in Red Teaming and penetration testing is required.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You may have previously worked as a Project Manager or Lead Consultant.

Skilled in the use of various penetration testing tools and techniques, with approximately 3 years of penetration testing experience and at least 2 years in Red Teaming.

Capable of independently delivering penetration testing projects.

A proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.

Committed to staying at the forefront of cybersecurity.

We consider certifications like OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, CRTP, and CRTO as a strong advantage, along with hands-on experience in Blue and Purple Teaming. Familiarity with OT industries, public administration, and leadership experience is also highly valued. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in the field is seen as a plus.
Please note that due to the nature of our customer projects, we require our applicants to be EU citizens and fluent in both Finnish and English. The chosen applicant may also be required to undergo security clearance by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service as required by the client.
