In the Retail & Services business area, we build customer-centric digital solutions backed by a strong understanding of business and its ecosystems. We help our clients in banking and insurance, retail, telecommunications, and construction create sustainable and accessible services that evolve alongside their business.

In your day-to-day work, you will plan and execute sales activities, shaping them independently based on the situation. You see opportunities where others see only challenges. You ensure that every customer benefits fully from Gofore’s broad offering. You build new customer relationships with long-term commitment, listening to their needs and offering the right solutions. You prepare proposals and guide the proposal team in their work. You are eager to take responsibility for leading customer accounts and ensuring customer value. This role does not include personnel leadership responsibilities.

What we expect from you

You are passionate about the financial sector! You are also interested in retail.

You have at least five years of experience in solution selling of customer‑specific digital services and consulting.

You have worked either as an account manager or salesperson within the financial sector and/or retail, and you have excellent networks. Knowledge of the banking sector is beneficial for success in this role.

You have held sales and customer‑responsible roles with proven success in closing large deals, growing accounts, and achieving new sales. You have strong experience in building various sales strategies and have successfully led large (min. 3 MEUR) proposal processes. You work systematically and know how to lead account and proposal teams as part of a large organisation.

You have a university-level degree and a desire to continuously develop your expertise and stay up to date with trends in the financial and retail sectors.

The role requires fluent spoken and written Finnish and English, as well as readiness to travel within the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Compensation

Your base salary will be between €5,000 and €9,000 per month, depending on your experience and skills. In addition to the base salary, we offer a performance-based incentive program tied to collective achievements.
