We are looking for several coding Scrum masters for different and different-sized projects for both the public and private sectors.

What we except from you
As a Scrum master of software development projects, you participate in project management throughout the project’s life cycle. In addition to supporting the work of the software development team, your working days include hands-on coding. You work closely with the product owner, the team and the customer, so good communication skills are a prerequisite for success in the task.
You enjoy making the development team’s everyday life run smoothly, and you have the skills and eye to support the development team and solve the challenges that come up. You have solid technical expertise and evidence of completing software development projects, and you master well-known agile project management frameworks. In addition to project management, you also know how to produce high-quality code as a team member.
Above all, we value the can-do attitude, the desire to develop and share expertise, the enthusiasm to work with code and a genuine understanding of the importance and effects of digitization. We want a person in our group for whom all this is as important as it is for us.
