Your impact
- Level-up: You develop and optimize model-based software solutions for our customers that raise the efficiency of the software solutions to the next level.
- Quality guardian: You integrate and validate models to improve product quality and reduce errors early on in the development phase.
- Digitalization pioneer: You support the implementation of digitalization and automation to make our customers’ software development processes more efficient and modern.
Your skills
- MATLAB and Simulink know-how: You convince us with several years of professional experience in the modeling, simulation and analysis of complex systems and can use this for the optimization and development of embedded software solutions.
- C/C++ coding: You are familiar with the development of efficient and high-performance software solutions.
- Unit and integration tests: You have know-how in testing and can apply this confidently in the project.
- Enthusiasm for consulting and ownership: You are enthusiastic about developing the best possible solution together with the customer and enjoy taking on responsibility when it comes to building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Passion for technology: You are enthusiastic about machines, vehicles and their technologies and have a solid understanding of how they work.
- You can communicate fluently in German and English.

Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).
We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
