You can jump into a development project, for example, in healthcare, early childhood education, or the transportation industry. What we expect from you
As a technical project manager of software development projects, you participate in project management throughout the project’s life cycle. Your working days may include, for example, supporting sales, budgeting, resourcing, defining and Scrum Master tasks, as well as supporting the work of the software development team to achieve a successful end result. If you wish, you can participate more widely in the management of local customers.
You are an enabler of the team’s smooth everyday life, who has the skills and eye to support the development team and solve the challenges that come up. You have solid technical expertise and evidence of completing software development projects, and you master well-known agile project management frameworks. You may also have experience in, for example, architectural design, requirements definition or software development.
Above all, we value the desire to develop and share one’s own know-how, the enthusiasm to work with hands-on and a genuine understanding of the importance and effects of digitalization. We want a person in our group for whom all this is as important as it is for us.
Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).
We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
