Even though digitalisation presents several opportunities for automated HR processes, it also presents challenges for HR practices.
We together with Ultrahack and Mimmit koodaa invite teams to develop innovative solutions to help HR departments navigate the new digital landscape of the work environment. We are looking for ideas that address the key challenges of digitalization in the workplace. You can, among other approaches, focus on the challenges of reskilling employees, balancing digital and human interaction, fostering a culture of innovation within HR departments or making use of emerging technologies to improve HR processes.
