What is coaching and how to run a coaching exercises in your organisation?

Let’s get back to basics: What is coaching all about? What does coaching mean to you? What would you like to know about coaching? And most importantly, how to do coaching within your company, with your friends or relatives?

This session is a great place for new people to join in and get a better understanding of what coaching is and what it can do for you. For experienced coaches, this is an opportunity to reflect on what coaching means to you and how other coaches think as well as to practice the fine art of coaching.

The session will be a combination of facilitated discussion and coaching exercises. We will do multiple coaching exercises where one person coaches another with an observer. The exercise format will be walked through in detail.
