I established Gofore with three of my friends in 2002. Our concept was to sell state-of-the-art software development services and shape the company into the best possible workplace for ourselves. As it turns out, we started something truly amazing. Through constant growth and reinvention, we have matured into first-rate experts in digital transition. At the same time, we have created a workplace for close to 420 professionals. In 2017, Gofore was also chosen as the best workplace in Finland and the second best workplace in Europe.
We find our work to be genuinely meaningful. We get to be involved in global changes – sail the swirling seas of digitalisation. We plan and develop wonderfully engaging digital services for our customers. At the same time, we delve into the intricacies of the new working culture necessitated by the modern era, setting up pilot projects with great enthusiasm. We are actively involved in changes in a wide range of sectors, from comprehensive government digitalisation projects to the development of new services for the financial sector. Gofore represents the perfect marriage of shared excitement, unparalleled expertise and excellent workplace atmosphere – all for the benefit of our customers.
What’s more, all this has also resulted in financial success. We have been growing profitably every year for over a decade now. It’s been a wild ride, and I believe we can keep up this pace in the future as well.
