  • To understand the service landscape from user´s experience to business goals is what you are interested in.
  • You are capable to define design drivers from the findings in user and stakeholder studies. You use the design drivers throughout the projects to co-design innovative service concepts. As a result you are prepared to define the service ecology, customer journey and service blueprints of the concepts.
  • While defining the concepts you also keep in mind the business goal of our clients as well as the value propositions and benefits of clients and their customers.
