In the Digital Government business area, we build a humane and functional digital society in collaboration with governmental, municipal, and other public sector organizations. Our clients include the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the City of Helsinki, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom), the Finnish Tax Administration, and Yle.

As the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable delivery of our services, from the sales phase through the entire customer journey. You will ensure that projects transition seamlessly from sales to delivery, and that every project has sufficient delivery capacity and adheres to agreed processes and delivery models. You will support experts in their roles, contribute to high customer satisfaction, and assist team members in identifying customer needs and ensuring the continuity of client relationships.

What we expect from you:

  • A consulting and customer-oriented mindset — you understand the nature of consulting work and are genuinely interested in customers, their industries, and markets. You work diligently to help your customers succeed.
  • Experience with various customer engagement delivery models and drafting different delivery contracts.
  • Proven ability to drive change — you have successfully built, developed, and implemented new processes before.
  • Industry experience in public sector digitalization.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale operations. You have previous experience in roles such as service delivery, team lead, or project manager.
  • A results-driven approach, with strong problem-solving and pressure management skills, as well as proven sales expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can communicate diplomatically and foster constructive collaboration.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English.
  • Willingness to travel to the Helsinki metropolitan area and occasionally elsewhere in Finland where our customers are located.

Salary

Your base monthly salary will range from €5,000–€7,000, depending on your previous experience and skills. In addition to the monthly salary, we offer a reward system that includes an incentive based on jointly achieved results.
