Gofore’s Intelligent Industry sector is seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to ensure the smooth and profitable delivery of our services throughout the entire customer journey.
The Intelligent Industry sector consists of smart machines and devices as well as industrial manufacturing. The background of smart machines and devices includes increasing digitalization, autonomy, electrification, efficiency and sustainability requirements, and strengthening business with digital services. The goal of industrial manufacturing is to comprehensively support customers in transitioning towards the digitalization of production chains and software-based manufacturing. About the Role
The Head of Delivery is responsible for the smooth and profitable delivery starting from the sales phase and continuing throughout the entire customer journey. They ensure that each project has sufficient delivery capability and that projects follow agreed processes and delivery models. Additionally, their duties include ensuring the smooth transition of projects from sales to delivery and supporting experts in their roles. The Delivery Head supports high customer satisfaction and assists team members in identifying customer needs and ensuring the continuity of customer relationships.

We Expect from You:

A consultative and customer-oriented attitude – you understand consulting work and are genuinely interested in customers.

Experience with various delivery models for customer assignments.

Proven track record of successfully implementing changes – you have previously built, developed, and implemented new processes successfully.

Experience in similar roles.

Industry experience in industrial and industrial digitalization.

Ability to lead comprehensive projects. You have previously worked in service delivery roles, as a team lead, or as a project manager.

Fluent communication in Finnish and English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including leadership).

Genuine interest in your customers, their industry, and market, and you work unconditionally to help them succeed.

Salary
At Gofore, it is important to us that work is compensated fairly. The salary is influenced not only by experience and skills but also by two of our values: active efforts to ensure Gofore is a good workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in everything we do. In salary discussions with your supervisor, the focus is on the feedback you receive and the development of your skills.
Typically, the salary level for this role ranges between 6000-7000 €/month, and we can define the appropriate level together as discussions progress and we learn more about your skills. In addition to a monthly salary, we offer a competitive reward system that includes an incentive based on results made together with the team.
