In the Digital Government business area, we build a humane and functional digital society in collaboration with governmental, municipal, and other public sector organizations. Our clients include the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the City of Helsinki, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom), the Finnish Tax Administration, and Yle.

In your daily work, you systematically manage and develop your client accounts, and independently and together with other Gofore colleagues, you are responsible for sales activities that ensure the growth and development of these accounts. A key part of your work is to identify the full potential of your clients and client segments, network with various stakeholders, and effectively leverage different experts. You are genuinely interested in your clients and their operating environments and work determinedly to help them succeed. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

What we expect from you:

You have a broad interest in societal phenomena and the possibilities of digitalization. You easily grasp big-picture concepts and the connections between them, identifying the full potential of a client relationship. You are eager to learn new things, develop client accounts, and open up new opportunities for Gofore in both existing and new client relationships. You confidently propose and drive changes for both clients and our own ways of working.

You enjoy meeting and helping people and engage naturally in discussions with both technical experts and senior management. As a person, you inspire trust and communicate even complex matters in a clear and understandable way. You understand that success is created together.

You have a proven track record of successfully managing significant client accounts and at least five years of experience in selling client-specific IT solutions and consulting services. Expertise and networks in government administration, the municipal sector, or other areas of the public sector are considered an advantage.

The role requires fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English, as well as a willingness to travel to the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Salary

Your base monthly salary will range from €4,000–€9,000, depending on your previous experience and skills. In addition to the monthly salary, we offer a reward system that includes an incentive based on jointly achieved results.
