In your daily work, you will systematically lead and develop your customer relationships and, together with other Goforeans, be responsible for sales activities that ensure the growth and development of these relationships. It is important in your work to identify the full potential of customers and customer segments, network with various stakeholders, and effectively utilize different experts. You are genuinely interested in your customers and their operating environments and work determinedly to help them succeed. The role does not include managerial responsibilities.

You want to learn new things, develop customer relationships, and open new opportunities for Gofore in existing and new customer relationships. You enjoy challenging situations and finding solutions together with others. You are ready to put your skills to the test and constantly strive to do things better. You propose and boldly promote changes both to customers and to our own ways of working.’

Responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring new customers and maintaining customer relationships
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

What we expect from you

  • Experience in managing customer relationships in the security sector.
  • Strong grasp of selling consulting services and customer-specific solutions related to digitalization.
  • Understanding of the specific characteristics of the security sector and the importance of security for customers’ operations.
  • Ability to engage and assist people and converse naturally with senior management.
  • Building trust with customers and the ability to communicate complex concepts smoothly.
  • Systematic management and development of customer relationships together with other Goforeans.
  • Ensuring the growth and development of customer relationships through sales activities.
  • Identifying the potential of customers and customer segments and networking with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop customer relationships and open new opportunities for Gofore.
  • Ability to face challenging situations and find solutions together with others.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.

Compensation

At Gofore, it is important to us that work is compensated fairly. Compensation is influenced not only by experience and skills but also by two of our values: active efforts to make Gofore a good workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in everything we do.

Typically, the salary level for this role ranges from 6000-9000 €/month, and we can determine the appropriate level together as discussions progress and we learn more about your skills. In addition to the monthly salary, we offer a reward system that includes an incentive based on jointly achieved results.
