We are looking for a Legal Counsel with a great drive and attitude to join our growing and agile team!
In this role, you will support various Gofore teams in diverse legal tasks, such as drafting and negotiating contracts, interpreting national and EU regulations, and addressing other business-related legal matters.
Success in this role requires an independent working approach, strong negotiation skills, and a continuous desire to develop your expertise. We particularly value individuals who are service-oriented and have the ability to adapt flexibly to changing situations.

Main Responsibilities

Supporting various Gofore teams in different legal tasks.

Providing legal support to the group’s business units and support functions.

Drafting and negotiating various contracts.

Participating in internal development and compliance projects with a business-oriented legal mindset.

Advising on various legal matters, particularly those related to data protection, information security, and applicable national and EU regulations in the technology sector.
What We Expect From You

You have completed a Master of Laws degree and have gained 1-2 years of work experience post-graduation, for example, in a corporate law firm or a company’s legal department.

An independent and results-oriented working approach.

We value experience in negotiating and drafting contracts.

We appreciate experience with IT contracts, data protection, and EU regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, ESG).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Finnish and English.
