Experienced Account Executive or thriving to become one, would you be interested in joining Gofore’s great team?

We are looking for reinforcements to our Intelligent Industry Strategic Accounts team, primarily to work with our large, international customers in the mobile work machine / heavy vehicle segment. You have experience in leading large accounts as well as in selling tailored solutions and consultancy services related to industrial digitalization. You enjoy meeting and helping people, and you discuss effortlessly both with engineers and C-suite. You operate smoothly in an international environment. Customers trust you and you are able to communicate complex technical solutions and link them with business implications. You thoroughly understand the industrial market and its characteristics.

In your everyday work as Account Executive, you would systematically lead and coach the Account team, and work in the front line strengthening the customer relationship and growing our business. Together with other experts, you answer for timely Account planning and plan’s implementation. You are a driving force in significant sales cases.

It is important for you to understand the whole business potential in your account, and to successfully draw from Gofore’s wide expertise to realize the potential. You are genuinely interested in your customers and their operating environment, and work determinedly to help them succeed. You possess the right amount of ambition, and you expect a forward-going attitude also from your colleagues.

You are eager to learn more, and to develop strategic accounts. You enjoy challenging situations and finding solutions together with others. You are ready to make the most of your competencies and continuously develop. You boldly propose changes both to customers as well as to our own ways of working.

We also appreciate:

  • Customer-centric and consultative approach – you aim to understand and solve the true challenges and needs of our customers together with our experts
  • Existing relationship networks with leading industrial decision makers
  • Experience in leading industrial accounts
  • Work experience related to heavy machinery is considered a plus
  • Great communication and interaction skills
  • Travel-readiness to Finnish capital region, and at times to Europe and elsewhere in Finland where our customers are.
  • Strong competence in English language. Finnish or German language is considered a plus
