We are looking for Agile coaches to boost our customers’ various projects.

You are an active change agent. You arouse curiosity and help organizations create, communicate and implement changes using agile methods. You have the necessary skills and experience to understand how both systems and organizations work and how they can be improved. You are able to transform vague wishes into concrete needs and create change activities. 

Examples of our customers: Cities of Turku and TampereKela, Metso Outotec, SOK, Elisan Customer Team model ja agile portfolio management.

What we expect from you

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work smoothly at all levels of the organization: from the management team to the strategic and operational level. You have an understanding and experience of various agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Safe, etc.) and you know how to guide people to think agile as well. You have worked with agile development, e.g. as a Scrum master, product owner or already acquired incentives as an Agile coach.

Coaching different stakeholders comes naturally to you, and you know how to help both customers and colleagues improve their own and the team’s operations. You enjoy the changing operating environment and understand the importance of continuous development of professional skills. At the moment, we mainly work remotely, but in the future it may be necessary to work at the customer’s premises. Most of our customers are in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere, so if you live outside these cities, we hope that you are willing to travel if necessary. Our company is international, so we hope that you speak fluent English in addition to Finnish.

Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
