Gofore’s Wellbeing business area focuses on wellbeing service counties as well as organizations and companies operating in the social welfare and healthcare sector. Account Executive
Gofore’s Wellbeing Business Area is looking for an experienced Account Executive to develop our customer’s social welfare and health care operations using digitalization.
You have experience in account management and selling customer-specific solutions and consulting services related to social welfare and health care digitalization. You enjoy meeting and helping people, and you communicate naturally with both engineers and top management. You inspire trust in customers and communicate complex concepts smoothly. You are thoroughly familiar with the social welfare and health care sector and its specific characteristics.
In your daily work, you systematically lead and coach your customer teams in expanding customer relationships and building connections. Together with other experts, you are responsible for preparing, updating, and implementing sales and customer plans. You are a driving force in significant sales cases. An important part of your job is to identify the full potential of the customer relationship, network with various stakeholders, and work effectively with different experts. You are genuinely interested in your customers and their operating environments, and you work determinedly to help them succeed. You are motivated and have high goals. Your forward-thinking attitude also inspires your colleagues.
You want to learn new things and be involved in building and developing strategic customer relationships. You enjoy challenging situations and finding solutions together with others. Compensation
At Gofore, it is important to us that work is properly compensated. The salary is influenced not only by experience and skills but also by two of our values: active efforts to ensure Gofore is a great workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in everything we do.
Typically, the salary range for this role is between €6000-€8000 per month, and we can determine the appropriate level together as discussions progress and we learn more about your skills. In addition to the monthly salary, we offer a reward system that includes an incentive based on jointly achieved results.
