Lead Expert Low Code Development
Our growing Low Code team is looking for a Lead Expert

You will work on diverse projects with our experienced software developers, in the team, you can also collaborate with software architects, cloud experts, designers, and project managers. In the projects, you will work and learn new things with modern technologies. You can build your own career path according to your interests. What we expect from you
As a Lead Expert, you will act as a leading specialist in customer projects and, in addition to project work, participate in sales work, leading the team by example. Lead Expert’s tasks take up to 50% of your working time. You spend the rest of your working time working with clients as a consultant. You are interested in new trends in the field and want to share your expertise with the team and clients. In support of sales, you will help create tenders and sales materials and conduct workshops for clients. You will work together with the People Lead and participate in recruitment, for example. Additionally, we expect you to have a self-directed work approach and a proactive attitude towards customer work. You also have a few years of hands-on experience with the Power Platform environment.
We expect the following skills
- Experience in supporting sales
- Interest in conducting workshops and training for our clients
- Good Finnish language skills, both written and spoken (fluent Finnish is required in our customer projects)
- Good English language skills (our company language is English)
- Power Platform expertise:
- Good knowledge and experience in the following:
- Power App
- Power Automate
- Experience with Dataverse and/or other common databases
- Power Platform licensing
- Good knowledge and experience in the following:
The following skills are considered an advantage:
- Other areas of the Power Platform
- Management of the Power Platform environment
- Solution architecture
- Microsoft certifications
- Experience in public sector projects

Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor). We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
