Our agile cloud specialist team is looking for Azure experts to work on our customer projects.

What we expect
As a baseline, we expect that you can lead yourself and the way you work, combined with the ability to interact well with customers and development teams. We also require that you have several years of experience in cloud solutions, for example, in roles such as cloud expert, system specialist, or software developer.
In addition, we hope that you are familiar with some of the following areas:
- Knowledge of Azure’s IaaS, PaaS, or FaaS services
- Experience with container technologies and orchestration
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD technologies
- Familiarity with serverless solutions
- Understanding of Infra as Code utilization
- Experience with Azure data platform technologies and Azure information security solutions
- Ability to work in cooperation with both customers and other stakeholders
This role provides an opportunity to grow as a specialist alongside our cloud business. Of course, you don’t have to know everything, yet, but above all, we value enthusiasm to develop yourself and a genuine interest in cloud solutions. Our company language is English, but many of our customer projects require Finnish.

Salary development
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor). We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
