We are looking for consultants to work as Project Managers for our clients in different sectors.
Your task is to lead project teams consisting of representatives from different organizations or large projects consisting of several small projects and significant business transformations. The goal of the projects is mostly implementation or implementation of changes related to IT services and solutions. These are for example ERP transformation projects. Our customers’ projects are significant, diverse and long lasting projects. Examples of our customers and projects: TE-Digi and Aimo Park.
What we expect from you
We expect you to be motivated to work in a planned and efficient manner to achieve the client’s goals with consultative approach. You already have several years of experience and expertise from consulting and customer projects. All in all, with your experience in the IT industry, you will be positioned among experienced experts.
You speak and write Finnish and English fluently and are able to produce high quality materials. Thanks to your good communication skills, you get along well with customers and other stakeholders and are able to communicate complex matters fluently. You work independently and are proactive. You purposefully strive for solutions and you dare to tackle problems and present your views on the content of projects as well.
Currently, most of our customers operate in the capital region, but we also operate elsewhere in Finland and internationally. With us, you can work anywhere if you are willing to travel a bit depending on the needs of client projects.
We see as an advantage certified project expertise. We also value previous experience in project assignments in large and medium-sized customer organizations, systemts (e.g. ERP) implementation and change projects, acquisitions or operational development planning and implementation. Experience from international project environment is also seen as an advantage.
