We are looking for experienced ERP project managers for our clients ERP transformation projects. We offer you an opportunity to work in large and long term projects allowing you to utilise your expertise extensively. Gofore’s ERP project managers have a strong expertise in business, IT and people-oriented leader in change projects.

About the role

In this role, you will lead and manage our clients’ large and mid-sized ERP projects from pre-studies to implementation, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Project teams are cross-functional and consist of representatives from different organizations and you are responsible for promoting open communication to various stakeholders. You will drive innovation and development in our clients’ projects and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. We hope that you challenge yourself and us by bringing your own ideas to the table while also helping us deliver top-notch projects to our clients.

What we expect from you

We expect you to be motivated to work in a planned and efficient manner to achieve the client’s goals with consultative approach. You already have several years of experience and expertise from consulting and customer projects. All in all, with your experience in the IT industry, you will be positioned among experienced experts.You speak and write Finnish and English fluently and are able to produce high quality materials. Thanks to your good communication skills, you get along well with customers and other stakeholders and are able to communicate complex matters fluently. You work independently and are proactive. You purposefully strive for solutions and you dare to tackle problems and present your views on the content of projects as well.

Our ERP projects have a strong business focus, and we expect our project managers to have expertise across various industries. You understand that change management is a key aspect of successful ERP transformation, and you have the skill to guide it as part of the project’s overall scope. You can lead stakeholders, vendors, and project teams in collaborative efforts towards common goals while avoiding conflicts.

We see as an advantage certified project expertise. We also value previous experience in project assignments in large and medium-sized customer organizations, systemts (e.g. ERP) implementation and change projects, acquisitions or operational development planning and implementation. Experience from international project environment is also seen as an advantage.

Currently, most of our customers operate in the capital region, but we also operate elsewhere in Finland and internationally. With us, you can work anywhere if you are willing to travel a bit depending on the needs of client projects.

Salary development

For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand. The salary is negotiable and will be refined based on the skills of the selected candidate. However, typically in this role, it ranges from €5000 to €6000 per month, along with a monthly bonus based on personal billing rate.
