Today 30 June there was an unfortunate human error at the Gofore IT department causing unnecessary email notifications to be sent out, stating that the recipients’ been invited to a group called g-dach-fin.
We want to apologise for this as we realize it has caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.
The issue has been corrected, and it does not require any actions from anybody. We advise all the recipients to ignore the invitation email received.
We will contact everyone who has received the incorrect message. Unfortunately, sending these messages will take some time due to technical limitations of our email service.
We will investigate this case and improve our processes accordingly to ensure these sorts of mistakes do not happen going forward. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
