Gofore, together with its employees, will start planning the renewal of its organisation to support the execution of its strategy. Gofore prepares for growth with the organizational redesign and does not intend to make personnel reductions.
Gofore is updating its strategy with the goal of identifying ways to create unique value for its customers in the future, thereby supporting Gofore’s growth. A strategy that reinforces the successful choices of the 2023–2024 strategy will be announced at the turn of the year.
As a continuation of executing the strategy, Gofore will begin shaping its organisation together with its employees. To enable the renewal of the organisation, legally required change negotiations will be conducted. Gofore does not seek personnel reductions through the redesign of the organisation.
“Our organisation’s redesign is a natural next step in implementing our strategy. We want to ensure that we can identify our customers’ needs, support them in digital transformation, and provide them with value in the best possible way in the future,” says Gofore CEO Mikael Nylund.
