The integration of Huld, acquired by the Gofore Group in September 2025, has progressed to the merging of brands. The Huld and Gofore organisations were combined on 1 February 2026, and starting 1 April 2026, Huld becomes part of the Gofore brand.
The Huld website will be deactivated from 1 April and redirected to gofore.com. Huld’s social media channels will also no longer be updated. Signs at Huld’s offices will gradually be changed to Gofore during the spring. Huld Oy will remain as a legal entity, so the brand change does not affect, for example, customer agreements.
With the acquisition of Huld, Gofore became one of the largest players in industrial digitalisation in Finland and strengthened its offerings in areas such as embedded systems development, machine and production cybersecurity, and functional safety. Shared and new customers now have access to broader expertise in areas like the digital lifecycle of machines and devices, and the development of software-driven production.
The acquisition of Huld also significantly strengthened Gofore’s strategically important business in the security sector with capabilities that meet the industry’s high security and other special requirements.
