Gofore’s financial communications calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2024
In 2024, Gofore Plc will publish its financial information as follows:
- Financial Statements Release for the year 2023 Tue, 20 February 2024
- Interim Report Q1/2024 Fri, 19 April 2024
- Half-year financial report H1/2024 Thu, 15 August 2024
- Interim Report Q3/2024 Thu, 24 October 2024
Annual Report for the year 2023 will be published on week 11 / 2024.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 4 April 2024. The Board of Directors of Gofore Plc will convene the meeting at a later date.
In addition, Gofore publishes a monthly business review that includes the number of employees and monthly net sales with comparable information, management’s assessment of the development of the business during the review period, and other key figures that facilitate the monitoring of the company’s growth strategy.
Monthly business reviews are published as soon as possible as the numbers are available at the beginning of the following month. In 2024, monthly business reviews are published for December 2023 in January, and for the 2024 months of February, April, May, June, October and November. December 2024 numbers are published in January 2025. As exceptions, January numbers are included in the Financial Statements Release, March numbers are included in the Q1 interim report, and July numbers are included in the August monthly review. Gofore publishes IAS 34 compliant interim reports quarterly.
