This year’s theme of courage stems from an industrial study conducted by Gofore in 2025. The study compiling the views of over 30 industry C-level leaders revealed a notion that avoiding risks poses a major threat to Finland’s competitiveness. Also, over half of the respondents believe that the lack our courage forms a barrier to growth in a challenging and volatile market and geopolitical environment.

Sanna Malinen
Sanna Malinen serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Technology Industries of Finland and leads the New Technologies and Competence unit. Her work focuses on strengthening the ability of technology companies to succeed in a rapidly changing world through high-level expertise, new technologies, and innovation. Malinen has strong experience in leveraging data and artificial intelligence across various industries as well as in academic research.
Mats Eriksson
Mats Eriksson is a senior leader at Sandvik with extensive international experience in industrial transformation. Throughout his career he has driven bold strategic choices, business renewal and the use of digitalization, automation and new technologies to strengthen competitiveness and create long-term value in global industrial markets.
Hanna-Mari Tuovinen
Hanna-Mari Tuovinen is heading the global marketing activities for the Airbus Defence and Space Business Line Connected Intelligence. Business Line covers a wide range of digital solutions and services from satellite connectivity to geospatial data and analytics, digital defence solutions (air defence, ISR), mission and business critical connectivity and cyber security. The activities are focusing primarily on defence but also on security and critical infrastructure sectors.
With an extensive background in highly technical environments she has successfully driven business growth, digital efforts and change in several organisations. She has a background both in consultancy and leading marketing, communications, branding in an international environment with Finnish and European industries.
