Test automation and quality assurance – now and in the future

purpose of deep interviews

We wanted to uncover how decision-makers see the benefits and future outlook of test automation and quality assurance

With the increasing complexity of systems, faster cycles of digital development and growing user expectations, manual testing no longer suffices!

The interview discussions covered attitudes, practices, and perspectives on the current state and future of testing and quality assurance in software and system development.

A key challenge seems to be around attitudes – whether the activities are viewed as expenses or an investments – which significantly affects how these measures are practically applied in different organizations. Results and benefits naturally reaped where testing and quality assurance are an integral part of information system development.
