Plc: The financial review schedule and the annual general meeting in 2018

Gofore Plc will publish the financial statement for the full year 2017 on February 15, 2018.

The annual report for 2017 will be published in week 10, March 2018 in electronic format
on the company’s website at www. gofore.com.

The annual general meeting is planned to be held on March 27, 2018. The Board of Directors
will make a separate announcement about the annual general meeting invitation later.

On 15 August 2018, the company will publish a half year results for the period 1.1.-30.6.2018.
