Gofore’s new headquarters in Tampere have opened its doors in December. The new home base of the international digital transformation consultancy is located in the vibrant business district of GO21 premises in the city centre, right next to the next to the railway station. The HQ embraces the principles of hybrid work, community, and leisure. The modern workspace, designed to foster collaboration and encounters, accommodates the diverse needs of Gofore’s people and teams.
Gofore’s neighbours in the GO21 premises are other IT companies, like CGI, 61 NorthPoint Solutions, M-Files, and Fellowmind. The area has been compared to Silicon valley, as several other technology and growth companies are located there.
For Gofore, the office is a place for a larger community, for customers, partners, and people in its networks. The main lobby for example is serving as an open meeting space, including a conference center, café, and pop-up workstations.
Facilities also include e.g. game and hobby room, fitness room (shared with M-Files), studio for making recordings and such, and band room. As in the Finnish culture, there is also a sauna at the office.
The HQ with its facilites also serve Goforeans and the community outside working hours. The sauna and event facilities are not only customer and stakeholder meetings, but also for Goforeans to enjoy in the free time. They have the opportunity to reserve sauna and event area for personal use, since the office is accessible also beyond working hours.
