Finnish government released new recommendations concerning coronavirus yesterday. We have also updated our guidelines to mirror those in addition to the precautionary measures we have already taken. Offices outside of Finland have already set their own, more specific policies, based on local conditions. We are closely monitoring the situation and updating our guidelines as needed.
Our top priority is to ensure our employees health and help our customers, even in this difficult situation.
We will remain in close dialogue with our customers to make sure that working conditions continue business as usual. We adapt a remote first policy for our work that will be effective immediately. Goforeans working on-site at customers’ premises will follow each customer’s policy for remote work. Our aim is to continue uninterrupted work with all of our customers regardless of the location and potential restrictions.
We will ensure that our employees are up to date with the latest information.
All internal meetings and events will be changed to be held virtually. Also, business travel is cancelled until end of May. In accordance to Finnish government recommendation, Goforeans will not attend events with more than 500 people. We will also carefully consider attending any smaller events at this time.
