Gofore has completed the acquisition of Qentinel Finland
Gofore Plc has completed the acquisition of Qentinel Finland Oy, a specialist in software testing automation. The acquisition was announced in a company announcement on 10 August 2020.
The debt-free purchase price was EUR 8.9 million. An additional purchase price was agreed based on the EBITDA adopted in the 2020 financial statements. Gofore estimates the additional purchase price to total EUR 1–2 million. As a result of the acquisition, Gofore will become one of the most important providers of professional services in digital quality assurance in Finland.
Qentinel Finland Oy will continue to operate as an independent company, reported as part of the Gofore Group as of 1 September 2020.
