Objective

The Fast-Track to Successful Change is a practical, hands-on online training program that includes two 3-hours interactive online learning modules, concrete exercises and facilitated discussions with other participants. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of change management and learn how to concretize, plan and implement change in an agile way. You will get concrete examples and tools to help you build a shared, people-centered change journey for your organization.

Demolishing the mystical concept of "resistance to change" and the stages of change adoption

Learn how brain research explains reactions to change resistance and understand the concrete ways you can positively influence people’s experience of change. You will learn what the brain needs to absorb new things and how to make it as easy as possible for individuals to embrace change with a practical step by step support model.
