Gofore Plc’s new shares entered in the Trade Register as part of the Silver Planet acquisition
Gofore announced on 14 February 2019 the agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Silver Planet Oy, a digital transformation consulting company.
The purchase price of Silver Planet Oy’s acquisition is paid partly with Gofore Plc’s shares and, for that purpose, the Board of Directors of Gofore Plc decided on 14 February 2019 to issue a total of 852,001 new Gofore Plc shares.
The new Gofore shares have been entered in the Trade Register today on 16 April 2019. The new shares are intended to be added to the book-entry system and admitted to public trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki Oy’s First North Finland marketplace on 17 April 2019. Following the registration of the new shares subscribed for in the share issue, the total number of Gofore shares is 13,989,958. The new shares represent approximately 6.1% of the company’s share capital after the registration of the new shares.
The owners of the new shares have undertaken not to dispose of these shares until 13 August 2021.
