The goal is to narrow the assessment to one problem, such as silos between teams, slow release cycles, lack of automation, separation of security from development, or unclear metrics for monitoring performance.
  2. Initial meeting: A detailed review of the selected problem to ensure all perspectives and objectives are included.
  3. Interviews: We will interview five key experts who are most familiar with the problem.
  4. Analysis of Results: We will compile the findings from the interviews and assessments to form a clear overall picture of the problem and its impacts.
  5. Solution Proposal: We will present a concrete, tailored approach to solving the problem, taking into account the needs of business, development, and operations. We will agree on possible next steps together.
