Join our expanding Project Admin Office team!
Gofore Estonia is looking for a Project Administration Specialist to join our Project Administration Office (PAO) team. As a part of Gofore Group Finance’s Business Control team, PAO is responsible for project support functions, customer invoicing, and project lifecycle management.
In this role, you’ll take on a variety of important tasks, including:

Managing dedicated accounts and projects from contract initiation to closure

Creating and maintaining account and customer data in our internal systems

Securing compliance with project information

Internal systems usage support in project management
-
Handling customer invoicing
-
Subcontractor user management
-
Verifying and approving costs and subcontractor invoices
The ideal candidate:

Is fluent in German OR Finnish, and also speaks English

Has a keen eye for detail

Is a team-player and thrives in an international setting but is also proactive and capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Possesses a strong customer service mindset and positive attitude

Has good IT and self-management skills for operating in a digital environment, with experience in MS Office applications

Enjoys routine tasks and approaches them with meticulousness and precision

Is willing to travel occasionally to our Finnish offices
