Your main responsibility will be to act as a supervisor for Gofore’s Power Platform experts (10 people), supporting their well-being in everyday work. While the role is business-driven, we believe that the best business comes from taking care of people. In this role, you’ll support current employees with matters related to their employment and contribute to growing the community by participating in recruitment and onboarding new Goforeans.
What we expect from you
We hope you are skilled in Power Platform and have worked with Low Code solutions, as part of your role involves working as a specialist in customer projects.
You may have previously gained experience in roles such as a technical consultant or project manager. This position requires leadership experience: you understand how effective teams operate. You are ready to contribute to the development and well-being of your own team. As a supervisor, you play a key role in nurturing and evolving a work culture that supports our value of being a great workplace for everyone.
The People Lead role does not include technical supervision, but being familiar with the tech scene is essential to be credible, provide sufficient support for professional development, and help experts with their challenges and project choices. We value strong skills and expertise in Power Platform technologies and methods. We expect you to be interested in deepening your knowledge of Low Code environments, so you can best support our experts in their daily work.
You are energetic and have a can-do attitude, enabling things to happen. As an organization, we strive to be transparent and low-hierarchy, so you’ll have the freedom to shape your work in the way that suits you best.
Fluency in Finnish is considered an advantage. Although our company language is English, many of our client consulting projects require Finnish language skills.

Salary development
At Gofore, we value fair compensation. Your salary will reflect your experience and skills while aligning with our commitment to being a great workplace and ensuring client-centricity.
Typical salaries for this role range from 5000-6500€ per month + 1000€ Flex bonus based on company’s growth and profitability, with further opportunities for performance-based incentives.
