Our product development team is located in Tampere. While partial remote work is possible, we hope you’re able to join us on-site weekly to collaborate and connect with the team at our office in Kaleva, Tampere.
Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Head of Sales to take overall responsibility for Creanex’s sales leadership. This is a senior executive role where you will lead and develop the sales function, including guiding other sales professionals (partly in a dotted-line structure), and drive growth in collaboration with Gofore’s Intelligent Industry Business Area, both in Finland and in DACH region.
Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the entire sales strategy and process for Creanex.

Drive business development with global industrial customers, focusing especially on mobile machinery and related sectors.

Work in close collaboration with our Intelligent Industry sales team in Finland and strengthen relationships with key customers.

Expand collaboration with our DACH region sales team and strengthen relationships with local customers.

Identify new opportunities also in training and education markets (schools, vocational institutions).

Build strong partnerships and long-term customer relationships.

Work closely with product development teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Represent Creanex in international forums and customer meetings.
What we expect from you

Senior-level experience with measurable results in solution and product sales, as well as business development with global industrial customers in mobile machinery.

Proven track record in sales strategy development towards mobile machinery clients.

Strong background in product development context and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English (German is a big plus).

Willingness to travel internationally, especially within the DACH region.

Typical salaries for this role range from 7000-7900€ per month based on your experience, with further opportunities for performance-based incentives.
