Within our Digital Government business area, we build a humane and functional digital society together with central government, municipalities, and other public sector organizations. Our customers include, for example, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the City of Helsinki, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom, the Finnish Tax Administration, and Yle.

In your daily work, you plan and execute sales activities that you identify and shape according to each situation. You see opportunities where others see only challenges. You have a genuine interest in your customers and their operating environment, and you work determinedly to help them succeed. A key part of your role is to recognize the full potential of your customers and customer segments, and to actively network with various stakeholders. You systematically lead and develop your accounts, ensuring that each customer benefits fully from Gofore’s broad service offering. This role does not include managerial responsibilities.

What we expect from you

You have at least five years of experience in managing large-scale public sector accounts, as well as solid experience in selling customer-specific IT solutions and consulting services within the public sector context. You know how to identify and create sales opportunities, and through your experience you have built strong expertise and networks in central government, the municipal sector, or other areas of public administration.

You have a broad interest in societal phenomena and the possibilities of digitalisation, and you are eager to learn new things. You can easily grasp large entities and see connections between different elements. You want to develop accounts and open new opportunities for Gofore in both existing and new customer relationships. You propose and drive change boldly—both for customers and within our own ways of working.

You enjoy interacting with people and building networks, and you communicate naturally with both technical experts and senior management. You inspire trust and can communicate even complex topics clearly. You facilitate customer workshops and other co-creation sessions smoothly.

Your working style is active and consultative, and you convey a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for your work. You understand that success is created together.

This role requires fluent spoken and written Finnish and English, as well as willingness to travel to the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Salary

Your base monthly salary will be in the range of approximately €6,000–7,000, depending on your previous experience and competence. In addition to your base salary, we offer a reward model that recognises both team- and individual-level success.
