Your impact

  • Technological responsibility:
    Together with your team, you are responsible for a complete full-stack application.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: In addition to technical responsibility, you will also assume functional responsibility for the development team and be a central point of contact for our customer
  • Innovative software development:
    You have the opportunity to ensure that the project is always working with the latest and most innovative tech stack.
  • Everything in one hand: From backend to frontend to deployment and DevOps – the entire spectrum of the application is the responsibility of the team.

Your skills

  • Technological know-how and experience: You have several years of professional experience in software development and are experienced in working with the following technologies:
    • PostgreSQL
    • Spring Framework
    • Kubernetes
    • Angular
    • DevOps
    • Java
    • TypeScript
  • How about even more technology knowledge?
    In addition to the must-have skills, you impress us with further know-how in:

    • GitHub
    • Docker
    • AWS
    • GitLab
  • Consulting gene and pragmatism: You can explain technically complex solutions in an understandable way and are not afraid to argue for the best solution.
  • Potential developer: You like to share your knowledge with others and help less experienced colleagues to realize their full potential and develop technically.
  • You can communicate fluently in German and English.

Salary development

For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
