In the Retail & Services business area, we focus on the banking and insurance sectors, retail, telecommunications, and construction industries. We advise and create sustainable, accessible services that evolve as the business does.
In your daily work, you plan and implement sales activities that you identify and shape according to the situation. You see opportunities where others only see challenges. You ensure that each client gains the full benefit of Gofore’s wide range of services. You build new customer relationships in the long term by listening to clients’ needs and offering them suitable solutions. You prepare proposals and, when necessary, guide the proposal team in their work. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
What we expect from you
You have at least 10 years of experience in the solution sales of customer-specific IT solutions and consulting services.
You have worked in roles that have sales and customer responsibility, building a track record in making large deals and successful new sales. You have strong evidence of building various sales strategies and have successfully led large (minimum 3 MEUR) bid processes.
You have a higher education degree and industry expertise, especially in the financial sector.
The position requires fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills, as well as a willingness to travel within the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Salary
Your base monthly salary will range from €5,000–€9,000, depending on your previous experience and skills. In addition to the monthly salary, we offer a reward system based on jointly achieved results.
