Your impact
Take on a key role in exciting customer projects – from intelligent industry and automotive to the public sector. Use your expertise in a targeted manner and help shape innovative solutions. The following tasks await you:

Test automation: Design of automated test processes for complete systems

Test management: Overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of test activities in the project

Test planning: Creation and coordination of test strategies and test plans

Test case design: Creation and optimization of test cases
-
Test report creation: Creation of test reports and analysis of test results for quality assurance purposes

Test coordination: coordinating test activities between internal and external teams and liaising with developers and specialist departments
Your skills
-
You impress us with several years of experience in test management for large IT projects
-
You convince with profound knowledge in test automation and experience with relevant tools such as JMeter, Selenium, JUnit and Cucumber

You are proficient in using tools such as OpenText ALM Octane and Jira Xray
-
You have relevant ISTQB certifications and use your expertise to ensure the highest software quality standards according to ISO 25010
-
Ideally, you have experience with generative AI in the test environment and can contribute innovative approaches to test automation and optimisation

Your consulting gene and strong communication skills set you apart, and you enjoy sharing your expertise with customers and colleagues in order to achieve the best possible solution together

You can communicate fluently in German and English.

Salary development
The salary range for this position is an annual salary between €70,000-80,000.
For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).
We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
