The change negotiations concerning the integration of Huld’s business operations into Gofore’s organisation and the trimming of administrative functions were concluded on 1 December 2025, and the outcome was communicated to employees today. The negotiations began on 10 November 2025.

As part of the integration program, overlaps within the companies’ administrative functions were identified, and plans to streamline and enhance administrative efficiency were included in the negotiations. As a result of the negotiations, Gofore will take measures that will lead to the termination of up to 14 employment contracts within the administrative functions of Gofore Plc and Huld Ltd in Finland. Discontinuing overlapping roles, reducing other administrative redundancies, and improving administrative efficiency are expected to generate annual savings of approximately EUR 1.3 million.
The organisations will be operationally integrated in early 2026, which is also when the first cost synergies are expected to materialise.
