Gofore DACH has won a framework agreement tender with the Information Technology Center of the Federal Government, called the ITZBund. The agreement term is four years and based on the tendered working day amounts, its value based on Gofore’s estimate may be several million, up to five million euros per annum. The customer has no purchase volume obligations. The appeal period for this procurement has ended.

ITZBund is the central German IT service provider of the Federal Government’s administration. Its portfolio includes planning, developing and operating services for its customers who consist of different public agencies of the Federal Government‘s administration. ITZBund is dedicated to modernising public administration through advanced IT solutions, supporting over 200 federal authorities in Germany. In this procurement, the end customer within the ITZBund framework is the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt).
Gofore will support agile IT projects and procedures within the ITZBund and Federal Central Tax Office by providing highly qualified Scrum Masters, Product Owner support specialists and Agile Coaches in line with the framework requirements. Drawing on extensive experience in complex public sector transformation, certified experts and a scalable delivery model, Gofore strengthens agile ways of working, enhances cross-team collaboration and ensures effective, user-focused implementation.
Gofore will contribute to sustainable, high-quality delivery in the federal IT landscape through structured governance, knowledge transfer and reliable resource management. This is a valuable reference for Gofore DACH in the public sector.
