The Finnish Patent and Registration Office has selected Gofore as the supplier of its auditor oversight system
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office has selected Gofore as the supplier of its auditor oversight system. The company estimates the value of the agreement to be approximately EUR 2–3 million over the period of the agreement.
The procurement consists of an integrated system to be implemented in the business area of auditor oversight within the Finnish Patent and Registration Office, which covers e-services as well as operations management and the handling systems related to different processes of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
According to the invitation to tender, the best tender was selected according to the price / quality ratio. Gofore’s tender was the best in terms of quality, with experts getting the best rating in terms of experience and expertise out of all the tenders.
The procurement covered an agreement period from 2 September 2019 to 31 May 2022, with the possibility of continuation for up to two years. The estimated scope of the procurement is 3,000-4,000 man-days during the agreement period.
The decision will be legally valid after the appeal period defined in the Procurement Act has passed.
