We are now looking for a Workplace Specialist at the beginning of their career to join us in Helsinki for the duration of a parental leave.
Your Role
In this role, you will support the daily operations and success of Gofore employees as part of the Workplace Operations team through tasks such as:

Ensuring the office is comfortable and clean

Internal customer service and responding to a variety of inquiries

Office supply procurement

Communication related to the office and work community

Developing and maintaining a pleasant, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment

Organizing internal and external events

Managing processes related to the lifecycle of work equipment

Ensuring physical security of the office (keys, name tags, security codes, emergency plans, possible trainings)

Supporting onboarding and exit processes for incoming and leaving employees
What We Expect from You

Ability to work at our Helsinki office in Siltasaari at least 4 days a week

Salary
At Gofore, we believe in fair compensation. Salary is influenced by experience and skills, as well as two of our values: actively contributing to making Gofore a great workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in everything we do.
For this role, the salary range is €2900–3300/month. The exact level will be determined during discussions as we learn more about your skills.
