What we expect from you
For you to thrive in our projects, we expect that you have previously worked as a freelancer in client projects or have extensive experience as a consultant in a multivendor environment. With your experience from large project deliveries you have gained valuable insight into how things should be done in your field. You are not afraid to let your experience show and know how to explain your decisions to different stakeholders in a constructive way. In the process you bring in best practices to our customers to ensure their success. As an expert you are self-directing and solution-ortiented professional, keeping your head cool even in demanding customer work.
Additionally, as a Software Development -freelancer, we expect your skillset to consist of some of the following areas:
- 5+ years of experience from wide customer projects
- Experience in working in multivendor environment
- An interest in architecture, DevOps and/or Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GPC)
- Experience for example the following technologies: .NET, Java, Spring Boort, Django, Python, Node.js, Express, Java Script, Typescript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js
